I woke up this morning with a new sense of what this phrase meant
I woke up feeling relieved and stress free
So what’s so different about today from yesterday?
What major change could have shifted my whole perspective?
Still have to work, go to school, manage my organization and be me
Still have all the same stresses as before
But something has changed,
I don’t feel the same anymore
I can face the day knowing that my savior has my back
I am no longer terrified that I can’t handle what’s coming
I don’t have to be afraid that everything is going to fall to pieces
As long as I follow him and his word I will be okay
What’s meant to be is going to be
All I know is that God is the answer to every question I ask
So why bother to stress out when you have the solution
I don’t feel the same anymore
And I am amazed, appreciative and ecstatic that I don’t
True Peace = Accepting Jesus Christ as your savior and living for him
